The Hon. Douglas Roche, O.C., is a former Canadian Senator, parliamentarian, diplomat and author. He is Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Middle Powers Initiative, an international network of eight international non-governmental organizations specializing in nuclear disarmament issues.
