It is my honor to introduce the founder of Smartsettle, Dr. Ernest Thiessen. In this Podcast you will meet Smartsettle supporters and see a powerpoint with the founder, Dr. Ernest Thiessen.

Dr Thiessen is a computer whiz, PhD, and has designed the computer program, Smartsettle, that helps with mediation. Many players input their weighted requests with the help of mediators, into the computer, that uses nine algorithms, building on the work of Nobel Laureate John Nash, updated, to recommend new suggestions that are better than the status quo.  The various parties then do multiple iterations of this until they all get some agreement. The advantage of the program is that each party puts in their requests anonymously, and you don’t have the sides arguing at each other.

From local disputes to helping Ukraine and Russia now at a stalemate – this is a great time to negotiate for peace to stop the horrors of war.
