When we harness the power of Rotary International (RI), the 35,000 Rotary Clubs, and over a million Members around the world, we can achieve the ambitious objectives laid out at the 2022 Houston Convention. The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres agrees and says “we need an avalanche of action from every corner of the world.”
“Imagine a world where Rotary leads the way to permanent peace”, David says as he answers the question: What is the purpose of the donation you and your wife plan to make to RI? My hope is that this donation will strengthen the relationship between Rotary and The Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution and lead the way to many global collaborations to become a global peace-building force and Rotary starts thinking of ourselves as a global peace-building force.
