Secretary General U Thant said: “We will have peace when we have Peace Education” and Dr. Phill Gittins a recognised expert in peace education and youth, peace, and security issues discusses the program Peace Education and Action for Impact . He is a qualified psychotherapist, youth and community practitioner, educator, and project manager with a PhD in International Conflict Analysis, lived, worked, and studied in over 60 countries.
Currently, he serves as the Education Director for World BEYOND War. Dr. Gittins has received numerous awards, such as the Rotary Peace Fellowship and KAICIID Fellowship, and is a Positive Peace Activator with the Institute for Economics and Peace and a member of the Ending War 101 Team.
