Dr. English is a member of the United Nations Association – Orange County Chapter, and a Creation Care Educator for the Presbyterian Church USA. He recently completed an ” Environmental Education Series” of nine presentations designed to make the participants more comfortable discussing issues like Climate Crisis with others.
He has directed major environmental programs for IBM, GE, JPL, EPA, and the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Group. His legislative accomplishments include being the architect of the California Clean Air Act, which resulted in bringing California much cleaner air while saving several billion dollars.
What is the most serious threat facing our world now?

- Destruction of tropical rainforest.
