Fresh from reporting to the UN Human Rights Council in November, Joshua Cooper, Director of the Hawai’i Institute for Human Rights and co-chair of the US Human Rights Network’s Universal Periodic Review (UPR) Task Force, a national network of campaigners, updates us on what was reported at the UN.
