Amazing Friend. Incredible artist. writer, blogger and searcher for the meaning of life. She wrote in her blog.”Sometimes I feel like a cat, counting my lives, each one as surprising as the last”.
In 2017, she sold all her stuff and moved to Mexico where she spent two glorious years exploring and basking in the perfect climate of Lake Chapala, the largest lake in Mexico. Falling in love with the culture, the history, the incredible festivals, the friendliness of the people, the food, but most of all the people, gave her new ideas, new hopes and most of all incredible lessons for life.
I thought I had lost Joyce, thinking she would stay forever in Mexico, until one day in the summer of 2019, she visited her family in Reno and was hit by a wave that told her it was time to “come home” … a little strange since Reno had never been home for Joyce. Anyway, here she is… writer, photographer, digital artist, and omni-curious student of life.
Just listen to her wisdom, her two-sided coin, one for gratitude and the other for generosity, which she said is how you create your personal peace. It just came to her while was thinking about our Podcast today. I hope to make her a regular guest as we explore the terrain pf life, joy and infinite possibilities together
In her generous way Joyce has a gift for each of you … it’s a magazine format of my daily art and words meditation about these times … https://issuu.com/joycewycoff/docs/corona_curiosity_pdf Enjoy!
